We make every effort to keep our system updated, however our online inventory is supplied through the physical store location. Therefore, things go fast and rarely at the same time. In the rare case this may occur, we will send you an email and immediately refund your card.

shipping

Hampden Clothing ships all packages via UPS. Purchases made Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be pulled from inventory that same day, except holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit verification.

Purchases made after 2pm EST will be processed the following day and shipped out within 48 hours from the time of order.

All packages sent out will require a signature upon arrival. If you request not to have to sign, you will be liable for lost or damaged goods.

UPS is unable to deliver items to a PO Box or APO/FPA address.
Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $500 in the US.
UPS rates are subject to weight and shipping address information.
International Shipping: $70 flat rate

*Overnight Shipping can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 2pm EST. All packages after that time will go out the following day. If you are concerned about getting items by a certain time, PLEASE call the store and we will be happy to make your shipment our highest priority. It is our goal to make you happy!

Tax Free: When shipping outside of South Carolina, no sales tax will be charged on items sold due to the fact that Hampden Clothing is physically located in South Carolina. For out-of-state residents shopping in our stores, be sure to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to save both money and the hassle of lugging around your new purchases. This is especially beneficial for customers who will be flying home and don't want to worry about tipping the scale at the airport with your goods.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged according to state law for items purchased in the store as well as those items shipped to residents of South Carolina.

return policy

Any unworn/unaltered merchandise will gladly be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of the customer’s received date. Merchandise must be received in store within 7 days from the date in which you received the merchandise. All items must be returned in a prepaid, insured, and secured package. Please note all sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
