Launched in Spring 2004, Generra is a New York-based men’s and women’s fashion label with an urban, minimalist sensibility. In 2009, CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund-nominated husband and wife design duo Swaim and Christina Hutson joined the label as co-Creative Directors, overseeing design for the brand. The duo’s debut Fall 2010 collection represents the brand’s evolution, focusing on energetic colors and prints incorporated in easy silhouettes that continue to reinforce a relaxed, carefree lifestyle. Generra operates its first US Flagship in the meatpacking district of New York City.
